Description

‘London, Portrait of a City’ is a Paul Smith collector’s edition book of 500 copies that is beautiful inside and out.

It is said you should never judge a book by its cover but this designer coffee table book excludes this rule. The cover designed by Paul Smith, has a stunning image of London’s famous red bus and comes in a clamshell case.

The book includes pictures by many leading interior photographers of London’s unforgettable events throughout the years, many of which were previously unpublished. In addition to the wealth of images, London’s history is told through hundreds of quotations and verses from key movies, books and records.

Comes with a fine art print (Traffic Policeman, 1960s) on archival paper, signed by Elmar Ludwig
