Shipping & Delivery
Where a Free UK Delivery service is indicated, this applies to certain post codes in the UK mainland only. Remote locations, Islands and Highlands may incur an additional delivery charge.
The following locations are excluded from our Free UK delivery service:-
- The Isle of Man
- The Isle of Wight
- The Channels Islands (Guernsey and Jersey)
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands: The following postcodes IV, HS, KA, KW, PA, PH and ZE postcodes

Most of our designer furniture and designer home accessories arrive fully assembled however some items may require the very minimum of assembly. We provide assistance with assembly if required.
Due to limited availability of our products, International deliveries will be calculated after the order has been placed and the customer will receive an additional charge. Feel free to contact us at any time to discuss the shipping options available and the additional costs involved.
Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as possible.
When a product is ordered, we will send you a receipt with details of approximately when the product will be delivered. Approximate lead times are indicated in the product page in the delivery and returns section. Whenever a product is ordered, we will contact you to confirm expected delivery time for your order. With exception certain products may arrive in a shorter lead time.
White Glove Delivery
All items marked 'Free White Glove Delivery Service' on the product page qualify for this extra special delivery service. Your item(s) will be unpacked and assembled (if assembly is required) in your home or office and left in place, ready for you to use. In addition, our expert delivery team will take away the packaging with them for recycling when they are done. To avoid delays in your delivery please ensure all hallways and entry points are clear to allow easy access for our delivery team and your item(s).
Any bespoke orders you place with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and these goods and all applicable charges have been paid for in full.
Each order will take on the binding effect of a contract only upon written confirmation from the supplier. Contractually valid conditions are expressly binding for both parties to the contract only to the extent of that which has been confirmed in writing by the supplier. No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received payment in cleared funds. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders.
Events outside our control
The Contract shall be suspended for any period during which either party reasonably believes the parties are prevented or hindered from complying with their obligations under the Contract by any cause beyond their reasonable control including, but not restricted to, strikes, war, civil disorder and natural disasters. If such period of suspension exceeds 60 days then either party may, upon giving written notice to the other, require that the Contract to be terminated immediately and all money due to us must be paid immediately.
Small and Medium packages
Our courier service(s) will attempt to contact you by text message, email or call you using the contact telephone number you have provided to give you an approximate time of delivery. However we are unable to monitor this process and rely on your feedback to ensure this is carried out. If you're not at home when they try to deliver, they will leave a card with the option to reschedule delivery to a later date. Small and Medium packages are delivered to your door only.
Medium and Large items of Furniture;
Our delivery partner will call you as soon as the item has arrived at our central UK distribution centre to schedule a delivery to you. We endeavour to deliver within 48 hours of the item arriving in at our UK distribution centre. A delivery date and approximate time will be proposed. All large items will be delivered to the floor and room of your choice and the delivery team will remove the packaging on request.
Saturday / Sunday delivery:
Our standard delivery is Monday to Friday, should a Saturday or Sunday delivery be required additional charges may apply. Please contact us for further information.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you order can be delivered into your property and that there is safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery.
If our delivery staff considers that the access is unsafe then we will not deliver the goods until safe access is provided. You are obliged to provide any required parking permits in advance of the delivery. If you have any doubts that the furniture will fit up stairways, through doors or any awkward or restrictive spaces it is vital that you seek advice. We can offer an access check for specific items of furniture. This involves our delivery team making an appointment and inspecting your property to confirm if access is possible. There is a charge for this service. You must inform us of any vehicle access issues or parking restrictions at the delivery address.
