Atipico is a project that breaks the mould of design to make it part of everyday life. Strictly ‘Made in Italy’, it seeks to make every aspect of our daily lives more beautiful. There is continuous research and dialogue with young designers, such as, Giorgia Zanellato. Born in Venice, Zanellato currently works for Fabrica - the Benetton Group research centre - as an aside to her work as a freelance designer. Her projects have been exhibited at various international events, including; Salone del Mobile, Art Miami Basel & Maison et Objet.
The unique Green Balloon Lamp, was inspired by traditional Chinese lanterns and modern day hot air balloons. The minimalist and elegant grey powder coated wire base fuses perfectly with the simplicity of its linen shade.
