Design Feature: Gloster

Gloster is one of the most renowned outdoor furniture brands in the world. The company was established in the 1960s in West Africa by a group of creative and passionate entrepreneurs and furniture designers who all shared the aim of creating the world’s finest outdoor furniture collection. Today, Gloster products, which utilise the brand’s signature material, teak wood, in their designs, are sold all over the world. The brand boasts excellent quality furniture which puts brilliant design and exquisite craftsmanship first.

By the 1970s, Gloster had become an established brand who were in high demand, and so they moved their factory to Indonesia in order to gain better access to the materials they required to produce their products.
