The Peggy Mirror by Knowles & Christou features a bevel border around the circular mirror, which has been delicately edged with just under 100 bold patterned oak pegs.
Knowles and Christou was founded in 1992 by modern British design duo Yiolanda Christou and Jonathan Knowles. They delight in exploring new techniques on furniture, fabrics and wallpaper. For instance, the way they produce pattern on surfaces has become their signature almost as if each piece they create had their names inked on them.
Their handmade designs bring the past to the present and experimentation like reverse printing on glass, as well as an intaglio gesso finish that is wrapped around their furniture is key to their original aesthetic.
The Peggy Mirror by Knowles & Christou features a bevel border around the circular mirror, which has been delicately edged with just under 100 bold patterned oak pegs. Handmade in Wales by British design duo Yiolanda Christou and Jonathan Knowles, the Peggy Mirror playfully interacts with light to create interesting shadows through its bevelled border.
