Progetti is a team of highly trained designers based in Italy, Carate Brianza. The brand have been producing furniture and fascinating home and office objects for over 30 years and all of their designs are strictly only made in Italy. The company are among the first in Italy to design watches and cuckoo clocks that combine both originality and functionality. In 2012, the company created a range of new objects working with renowned designer Karim Rashid and the multidisciplinary Studio Kuadra.
The beautiful and simple lines of this monochrome timepiece are juxtaposed with 23 hand-carved wooden birds, which are delicately perched on the step of the wooden cuckoo clock. The clock takes inspiration from a common scene in the plazas of Italy, where pigeons sit upon the ledge of a period building. The dial is located in the lower corner and uses battery quartz movement. The cuckoo strike is switched off automatically during the night controlled by a light sensor so you will never be disturbed. This modern take on the traditional cuckoo clock will look stunning in any room with black & white décor. Available in Black or White.
